done well it can leave long lasting effects on individuals.

Redundancy

Understandably this topic
makes people fairly uncomfortable.

Redundancy may always cause people
to feel nervous, disappointed or even hurt,
but we passionately believe that through
a ‘people’ focussed approach, we can
minimise these negative effects. We even
think that if done well, the redundancy
process can be one with some
positive outcomes. 

Recruitment

Growing your team can, at times,
be as stressful as reducing it, just for
different reasons. Society is rightly placing
a lot of emphasis on diversity, inclusion and
equality in the workplace, and these ideals
can place new demands on established
recruitment practices.

We believe that the best recruitment
processes are based on transparency,
honesty and open mindedness.
