As a leader, you can supercharge your impact on your organisation by getting additional support from outside your organisation. You may think that you already have a sense of what your organisation needs but we do all have blind spots.

Understanding
your reality.

Most people naturally lean towards one or two of the quadrants in our Organisation Model, which can create blind spots in the other quadrants.
With experience, listening to others, and a mindful approach we can learn more about where we can create the most impact with our attention.
There are various ways Mystic Blend can help you in your leadership journey including general and specific services.
A lot of our partners start with monthly one-on-ones, but then as self awareness and confidence grows it becomes clearer where positive impact can be created and we transition to more frequent one-one-ones or specialist courses.

Services Overview.

Monthly One-on-Ones:

A monthly one-on-one where we will explore specific strengths and weaknesses based on our Leadership Model. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss topics across the whole Leadership Model. There will also be room for you to bring specific topics for exploration, discussion and support.

Weekly One-on-Ones:

A weekly one-on-one where we will explore specific strengths and weaknesses based on our Leadership Model. Compared to the monthly one-on-ones, these weekly one-on ones will have a more structured approach to developing knowledge and structures based on our Leadership model. We may mutually agree to bring in one of the more specialist courses into this work stream where relevant.

There will also be room for you to bring specific topics for exploration, discussion and support.
